Skin treatment for sensitive skin

Rule no1. Don’t mix different cosmetics made by different brands. Sensitive skins react easily to outside environment and one of the most sensitive reactant is the makeup or face lotions because it has a direct contact with the skin. Different brands have different ingredients that make up the products and when it gets mixed together, it doesn’t balance the ingredients affecting your skin.

Rule no2. Don’t eat foods that have strong flavors. Sensitive skins react easily to internal environments as well. When you eat foods that have strong flavors, it stimulates the stomach and the liver and this directly affects the skin causing skin disorders. If you have sensitive skin there is higher chance for you to have allergies so you have to be very careful of what you eat.

Rule no3. Extreme temperature changes are bad for the skin. One of the symptoms that sensitive skin has is that it easily gets very red and hot. Sometimes when you give the skin a sudden extreme temperature, it could make the skin get red and puffy.

Rule no4. UV lights are the strongest stimulus to your skin. Sensitive skins have higher chance of getting rebefaction, speckles and purulent inflammations.
