Say if you tried everything to maintain your skin in a good condition but your one bad habit could ruin your skin at once without you even noticing. How would it feel? The drink you drink unintentionally, the smoke you cannot quit because of stress or going to sauna often to relax. These things can result your skin in very bad conditions.

Alcohol puts the inflammation in the body in worse condition and when it is broken down in the body, it takes the moisture in the body. This is why the next day after you drink, your skin gets dried and crumbly. It also puts too much pressure on the liver decreasing the antioxidant, which helps to prevent skin damage from the UV light.

People who smoke have 10 times higher chance to get wrinkles than those who don’t smoke. Nicotine in the smoke contracts the blood vessels in the skin and disturbs the nutrients and oxygen supply. The smoke from the cigarettes contain carbon monoxide and other oxidation substances speeds up the aging of the skin cells and reduces the ability to renewal of the cells. This is why when you smoke a lot; your skin color gets dark and dull.
